Locally owned in Yakima, since 1931, Churchill's Booklovers' Haunt is an eclectic shop. We stock all types of used books with an emphasis on Northwest history, history, literature, and out of print. We have added some new books focusing on nature and literature. We also have an interesting selection of collectables and antiques. You will find clocks, toys, advertising, and so much more.
The shop was originally opened in 1931. We are the third owners and moved to our current site in Yakima in 1974. The bookstore has remained within two blocks of its original location. In fact, if you would crawl high enough on the shelves, you might find a book from that first location! In 2004, we added antiques and collectables.

At Churchill's Booklovers' Haunt, we buy and sell a diverse selection of used books, rare to current copies, and paper ephemera which include vintage photographs, postcards, and manuscript materials such as old diaries.
We also have collected a fun and fantastic assortment of older items, collectables, and antiques.

Visit us at 125 South 2nd Street in Yakima, Washington. We are open 11am to 4pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We are closed Sunday through Wednesday.
